Refund Policy

At Sip Cozy Art, we’re dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not fully content with your item, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of receipt. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@sipcozyart.com. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return address. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to post.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at support@sipcozyart.com. We’ll promptly address the issue by arranging a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Unclaimed Parcels

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we will not issue a refund until the parcel is received back at our facility. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect parcels within the specified retention period to avoid returns.

Delivered Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@sipcozyart.com. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or issue a refund according to your preference.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@sipcozyart.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Shipping

To return an item, contact us at support@sipcozyart.com for the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as defective or incorrect items). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For exchanges, delivery times may vary based on your location. For returned items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
